1. High bounce rates

Email bounce rates measure the percentage of emails that weren’t delivered to recipients. There are two reasons for this. 

  • Hard bounces are permanent delivery issues caused by non-existent, invalid, or blocked email addresses.
  • Soft bounces are temporary delivery problems caused by full inboxes, oversized emails, blocked content, or server issues.
